"I can't fix how you feel"
These words have resonated with me for some time. Who knew simple words could cause such a distraught feeling. We have all made ourselves vulnerable either with a person or with a situation. This collection of photos stems from a more simple place of appreciation of embracing what's dark, the feeling we hate to love but also love when it's gone. The beauty that we search for, the emotion we crave from others is something we must find within ourselves first. Recently someone asked me " Why the tears?" in regards to a few of my photos. To be honest I didn't have a collected answer at that moment. Later on I revisted that question and the answer became clear. I like vulnerable. I need vulnerable. Being vulnerable is a precious thing to offer someone. Everything tends to be a facade from the people we encounter throughout the day and even the night. I don't belong to a group or circle I belong to myself. Stay true stay you.
